Set up your TARIC account

Complete the steps below. The form adapts to your role so each user sees only the most relevant fields.

1. Account Type
Start with your purpose on TARIC
Pick the account type that best matches what you do most often. You can still complete the rest of the profile in the same account.
2. Profile Details
Tell us who is registering
These details shape the profile users will see across TARIC services and trade workflows.
3. Contact and Location
Add a reachable contact profile
Use an active phone number and select the correct country first so contact details are formatted more clearly.
Pick the country before entering the phone number and location fields.
Enter digits only. You can leave out the leading +; the selected country will guide formatting.
Location fields simplified
Region and district are currently only needed for Tanzania registrations. For other countries, country and phone are enough at this stage.
4. Login Information
Finish with secure sign-in details
Use an email you check regularly and a password with at least 8 characters.
This email will be used for account communication and recovery.
Choose the language you want TARIC to use in the app and notifications.
Use at least 8 characters and avoid easy-to-guess names or phone numbers.
